With over 20 years of experience supporting children and families, I believe that healing begins with a compassionate, steady, and tailored approach. I am truly passionate about walking alongside young people as they navigate the complexities of growing up, providing a warm and inviting space during life’s more challenging seasons. My goal is to help children—and their families—discover their inherent strengths to overcome emotional, social, and academic hurdles.” – Soo
In my practice, the child is the primary client. However, I believe that a child’s healing is most effective when viewed through the lens of Systems Theory. No child exists in a vacuum; they are a vital part of a larger Family Unit, and their growth is deeply interconnected with the dynamics of that system.
New clients ages 5-12 the initial session is with the parent(s) or Guardian only. This allows us to speak candidly about your child’s history, your concerns, and family goals without the child present. For clients ages 13-16 a parent or guardian session is only provided with the client’s written consent.
