We recognize that each couple consists of two distinct individuals, each contributing their own experiences and challenges to the relationship. Unresolved or ongoing issues can impede the development and maintenance of a healthy partnership.
Regardless of the duration of the relationship, challenges frequently arise from differing communication styles or insufficient communication. In a supportive and confidential setting, couples have the opportunity to foster trust, strengthen their connection, and rebuild the relationship they both deserve.”
Our licensed couples’ therapists have expertise in resolving conflict and teaching effective methods of communication leading to a healthier and happier relationship for our couples.

What to Expect at Your First Therapy Session
During the initial session, you and your partner will meet your therapist and can ask questions about the counseling process, including topics like confidentiality, scheduling, and cancellations. Your therapist will discuss the concerns that led you two to seek counseling and may ask several questions to better understand your situation. They will also clarify your goals for counseling. At the end of the first session, your therapist will propose a plan and provide recommendations. If all parties agree that continued sessions are appropriate, your therapist will arrange the next appointment. Session frequency will be determined based on the nature and severity of the presenting concerns.
