Dr. Wemhoff, together with his wife Frances Regdos, established Emmaus Counseling Center in 1985. With over forty years of expertise in psychotherapy, marriage preparation, and ADHD evaluations across Washington, he has cultivated a focused interest in conducting ADHD Assessments for Adults ages 18+. Dr. Wemhoff collaborates closely with numerous primary care providers (PCPs) throughout the Eastside region and primarily serves clients who have an existing relationship with an Eastside PCP.
He is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist in the state of Washington and holds a Doctorate in Counseling from the University of Idaho in Moscow, Idaho. Additionally, Dr. Wemhoff is a Certified Professional ADHD Clinical Services Provider (ADHD-CCSP).
