Adriene specializes in working with individuals, couples, and families addressing a wide range of diagnoses. She has garnered nearly 25 years of therapeutic experience, starting her career at the University of Washington Autism Center where she practiced Applied Behavioral Analysis Therapy in their early intervention program. Subsequently, she completed the Marriage and Family Therapy Program and has since provided care in both hospital and clinic settings, working with diverse patient populations.

She holds certifications in two different lineages of yoga therapy and integrates alternative methodologies into her mental health practice. Furthermore, she has completed post-graduate certification in Psychedelic Therapies and Research. Adriene is also licensed to work with individuals facing co-occurring substance use challenges. In recent years, she has focused her clinical practice on autism spectrum disorder and other neurodivergent/neurodevelopmental conditions, coming full circle in her professional journey.
