As a paperless company, we use the portal provide you with an e-Statement at the end of each month. An email from will notify you that the BILLING DEPT at EMMAUS has sent you a secure message.  Simply click on the link provided and enter your password*.  Again, you may use our portal to check balances at any time using the Ledger option and pay your bill.

*All clients are set-up with an initial password that has been provided to them during scheduling, once you login for the first time it will prompt you to select a new password.  For assistance or password reset, please contact our care team at 425.869.2644, ext. 0 Monday-Friday 9am to 5pm.

When viewing your Statement, the amount owed (if any) is located on the last page.  You may also pay your balance on-line.  Statement sample shown below:
