Nancy has worked as a therapist and business coach in Seattle serving the needs of executives, professionals, and business owners. She has more than 14 years of experience as a professional working with businesses and individuals, a masters degree featuring specific training in helping group members improve their interactions, and advanced business coach training from T-Coach Training Systems.

Nancy received her masters degree in marriage and family therapy from PLU in Tacoma, Washington in 1999. This program provided a strong grounding in systemic therapy, a problem-solving approach that focuses on identifying how members of a group work together and helping them improve their interactions. Nancy also obtained a degree in law from Harvard Law School which, together with nine years experience counseling businesses as an attorney, helped her develop skills in negotiating, information gathering, and persuasion.

Nancy works with children ages 12 years old and up and adults.
