Insurance Provider Panels

Emmaus is listed on many insurance provider panels.  View our therapists and the insurance panels they are on with your insurance provider.

When you call your insurance company to check for benefits you may find it helpful to ask the following questions:

  1. Do I have outpatient mental health insurance benefits?
  2. What is my deductible and has it been met?
  3. How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
  4. What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
  5. Is authorization or other source required from my primary care physician or insurance carrier?
  6. Do I have co-insurance?
